1965 Uganda Cover - Insuffciently Paid For Air Mail - Sent Surface to Chicago

An interesting short paid cover from Maracha, Uganda to Chicago, Illinois. Franked with two each of Uganda Scott #99-100, the 15¢ Orange Weaver and 20¢ Narina Trogon bird stamps from the 1965 Uganda Arms and Birds set. All are tied to the cover by Maracha Arua, Uganda postmarks dated December 3, 1965. There is a two line hand stamp: "INSUFFICIENTLY PREPAID BY AIR DIVERTED TO SURFACE MAIL". This cover measures 165mm x 91mm. See scans for condition - pin holes.
