2014 W 50th ANNIVERSARY GOLD KENNEDY HALF DOLLAR 3/4 OZ .9999 PURE GOLD with Box and COA
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Kennedy half dollar, the U.S. Mint released numerous special sets and coins. All of these sets contained Kennedy halves struck from special high-relief dies which are more true to the original 1964 Kennedy half design.
The Mint released a 3/4 ounce .9999 gold version of the Kennedy half. This special issue is the only one to contain the special dual date of 1964-2014, and was limited to a maximum of 75,000 coins.
Struck in three-quarters of a troy ounce of .9999 fine, or 24-karat gold, the price for the 2014 50th Anniversary Kennedy Half-Dollar Gold Coin.
