This coin has a low population of only 2 in this top grade from PCGS with the special label that was autographed by Dominique Wilkins. Wilkins was a nine-time NBA All-Star who played for the Atlanta Hawks, and is widely viewed as one of the best dunkers in NBA history, earning the nickname "the Human Highlight Film".
