Hood Dacron North American NA40 Light #1 Genoa Headsail

I have a 1978 Hood Dacron NA40 Light #1 Genoa Headsail for sale.
Condition is good.  Sail fabric is in very good condition but some marking at the head, tack, and clew.  Some fretting wear on luff tape.  No damage, staining, patches, or tearing on the sail.   Condition of the sailbag is fair, with extensive light staining and mildew.
I am not sure of the fabric weight on this, but it is a fairly lightweight sail (but not quite as light as a reacher), so maybe 3-5 oz Dacron?
Approximate measurements:  Luff 52', Foot 26'.
