Millimeter and Carat Gauge For Pearls, Beads and Other Gems

A quick and easy way to get a pretty accurate measurement of either carat or millimeter size of gem materials and beads.  The holes are graduated from 2 mm.(1/32 ct.) to 11 mm.(4 ct.)., and the round extensions on the revolving wheel match these calibrations.
If you have a loose bead or gem, just find which hole it fits the best in to read approx. size.  The round extensions are for measuring an empty mounting to see what size stone it would take.
On the back of the tool is a chart with genuine and synthetic birthstones listed.  The gauge is constructed of aluminum and all info. is printed on. It measures 2 3/4" by 3 5/8" .
