REI Grand Hut 4 Tent-Excellent condition, standing height inside, easy set up!

REI Grand Hut 4 Tent-Like NEW, standing height 4 person tent. Awesome car camper. Condition is "Used" but like new. Only used twice since purchasing in May 2021.
This is a Like-New REI Grand Hut 4 tent that is spacious and allows you to stand up with a 75" headroom! It was so great no longer having to crouch over or sit to get dressed! We only used twice after purchasing in May 2021. Absolutely no issues, tears, or damage-in like new condition. I cleaned and waterproofed it for extra extra peace of mind using Nikwax products. You can definitely set up solo, but it's a bit easier with 2 people. Easily fit our large double mattress, all our gear, and dog (he only got to "camp" in the backyard, he isn't a great camper in real life :) with lots of room to spare )
